Megan LeBarron

Megan LeBarron serves as Chief of Staff and Director of Financial Planning at Prepared Retirement Institute. With nearly two decades of experience in wealth management, banking, and fintech, Megan brings a wealth of expertise in RIA operations. Her key responsibilities encompass process optimization and personnel management—including recruitment, training, and benefits administration—to enhance client outcomes and scale business operations. 

Megan earned her degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Hawai’i – West O’ahu.  Her career is marked by significant contributions to the growth of multiple financial startup firms, where she led strategic initiatives to boost revenue and client satisfaction before joining PRI. 

Outside of the office, Megan enjoys spending time gardening, hiking, snorkeling, kayaking, and playing tennis.  She resides in Bethesda, MD with her two children.
